Ⅰ.激进派的营销策略企业及产品特征采用这种方法的企业大多具有铤而走险的精神,实力大小倒是其次了。从产品本身来看,淡旺季区隔容易淡化。淡季营销策略投入资金较高,企业营销模式转变幅度较大,是新营销方式的倡导者。突破淡季的营销方案可能导致企业重新运行新的经营模式。其激进的策略是为了抢得渠道和品牌优势,不仅仅是为了把产品卖出去而已。淡季营销核心破坏旧的规则,建立新的秩序。策略风险评估风险较高是它们的最大特征。
