人际关系的需求可分为相容的需求、控制的需求和感情的需求。高职学生的人际关系反映了其对其他个体或群体各种心理倾向。因此,构建和谐的人际关系,既能培养高职学生的身心健康,促进学习进步,也能推动学生成人成材。本文旨在通过分析影响和谐人际关系的因素,探讨各个方面协同配合,发挥系统功效,促进构建宿舍和谐人际关系的途径。引导高职学生对和谐的人际关系进行正确归因,有针对性地开展教育活动,才能使得高职学生和谐人际关系的构建取得实效。
The needs of human relationships can be divided into compatible needs, control needs and emotional needs. The interpersonal relationships of higher vocational students reflect their various psychological tendencies toward other individuals or groups. Therefore, building a harmonious interpersonal relationship can not only cultivate the physical and mental health of higher vocational students, promote the progress of learning, but also promote the success of adult students. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the factors that affect the harmonious interpersonal relationship and explore ways to coordinate and cooperate with each other to exert the system efficacy and promote the harmonious interpersonal relationship in the dormitory. To guide the vocational students to correctly associate the harmonious interpersonal relationship, to carry out educational activities in a targeted manner can we make the construction of the harmonious interpersonal relationship of vocational students practical.
