在临床实践中观察到,同一穴位运用不同针刺手法可产生不同镇痛效果。在大鼠,高频和低频电针镇痛效果可分别为蛛网膜下膣注射强啡肽和甲啡肽抗血清所阻断,提示不同频率电针的镇痛作用由脊髓中不同阿片肽介导。本工作将电针有效和无效鼠分别在电针前和电针时用人工CSF灌流脊髓,测定灌流液中阿片肽的含量,以研究:①不同频率的电针释放出阿片肽的种类是否不同。⑦电针镇痛效果与脊髓阿片肽的释放量是否有关,结果如下:
In clinical practice observed that the same acupuncture points using different acupuncture techniques can produce different analgesic effect. In rats, the analgesic effects of high-frequency and low-frequency electroacupuncture were blocked by subarachnoid injection of dynorphin and emodin antiserum respectively, suggesting that the analgesic effects of different frequencies of electroacupuncture are mediated by different opioid peptides in the spinal cord guide. In this work, the electroacupuncture effective and ineffective rats were preoperative electroacupuncture and electroacupuncture with artificial CSF perfusion of the spinal cord, determination of opioid content in the perfusate to study: ① different frequency of electroacupuncture to release opioids whether the different types . ⑦ analgesic effect of electroacupuncture and spinal opioid release whether the relevant results are as follows:
