测定我国正常人的氨茶碱动力学参数,3例口服后的t1/2平均为9.22±0.86小时,Vd平均为532±65ml/kg;3例静脉滴注后的t1/2平均为9.09±0.82小时,Vd平均为483±49ml/kg。还测定了5例病人的动力学参数,t1/2平均为6.34±2.03小时。病人间的差异较大,最大与最小的t1/2差达近1倍。Vd平均为442±47.1ml/kg,病人间差异不大。根据侧得病人的动力学参数,制定了合理的用药方案,使病人氨茶碱的血药浓度都调整到有效水平,达到了用药个体化的目的。
The kinetic parameters of aminophylline in normal people of our country were measured. The t1 / 2 of three patients after oral administration was 9.22 ± 0.86 hours on average, and the average of Vd was 532 ± 65ml / kg.
