通过试验研究,本文提出了一种新的看谱分析方法——加权平均看谱分析法。其特点是由加权平均看谱分析法计算出的分析结果为一具体确定的数值,从而提高了看谱分析的准确度。同时,它还具有特别适宜于具有闪跃现象特征光谱线的看谱分析的优点。将该方法应用于钢铁中残余铜的测定,获得了预期的较好效果,达到了以最快的速度、最低的成本、最简便的操作和较高的置信度测定钢铁中残余铜的目的。
Through experimental research, this paper presents a new method of spectrum analysis - weighted average spectrum analysis. The characteristic is that the analysis result calculated by the weighted average spectrum analysis method is a specific numerical value, thereby improving the accuracy of the viewing spectrum analysis. At the same time, it has the advantage of a spectral analysis that is particularly suitable for spectral lines with the characteristic of flash jump phenomena. The method is applied to the determination of residual copper in steel and obtains the expected good results. It achieves the goal of determining the residual copper in steel with the fastest speed, the lowest cost, the simplest operation and the higher confidence.
