星海湾大桥锚碇锚固系统采用了刚性拉杆与主缆索股连接的形式,为国内首次采用,其施工技术复杂程度与施工控制难度较大。首先对锚固系统进行了精确模拟,得出了前后锚板理论坐标与索管理论轴线。同时结合现场施工情况,对后锚板与索管定位采取了不同的控制办法,并对测量方法进行了严格控制。锚固系统施工完毕后的实测数据表明,该控制方法有效,满足设计要求。该锚固系统的施工与控制方法可以为未来类似悬索桥的施工提供宝贵的借鉴和参考。
The anchorage system of Xinghai Bay Bridge uses the form of rigid tie rod connected with main cable strands. It is the first time adopted in China that the construction technology complexity and construction control are more difficult. First of all, the anchoring system was accurately simulated, and the theoretical coordinates of the anchor plate and the theoretical axis of the cable management were obtained. At the same time, according to the construction situation in the field, different control measures were adopted for the positioning of the anchor plate and the cable duct, and the measurement method was strictly controlled. The measured data after the construction of anchoring system shows that the control method is effective and meets the design requirements. The construction and control method of the anchoring system can provide valuable reference and reference for the construction of a similar suspension bridge in the future.
