目的 :观察海藻消瘿颗粒对小鼠甲状腺吸 1 2 5 I率及尿中 1 2 5 I排出量的影响。方法 :给药组动物分别灌服海藻消瘿颗粒 ( 1.0 14,3.0 42 ,5 .0 7g·kg-1·d-1) ,碘化钾组动物灌服碘化钾 0 .0 0 6 g·kg-1·d-1,连续 10d。末次给药后 1h给小鼠按 10g体重腹腔注射 1 2 5 I 0 .314uci后 ,分别置代谢笼 ,收集 2 4h尿液 ,供尿 1 2 5 I排出量试验用。随后分别于 2 ,6 ,2 4,48h处死动物 ,剥离 ,摘出整个甲状腺 ,放免法测甲状腺吸 1 2 5 I率 ,观察药物的作用。结果 :海藻消瘿颗粒可使甲状腺吸 1 2 5 I率降低 ,同时吸 1 2 5 I率高峰推迟。结论 :海藻消瘿颗粒具有一定的抑制甲状腺功能作用 ,为临床应用及新药开发提供了一定的依据
Objective : To observe the effect of Haiza Xiaoxiao Granule on the rate of thyroid uptake in mice and the amount of urinary 125I excretion. METHODS: Animals in the drug-administered group were fed with seaweed Xiaopi granules (1.0 14, 3.0 42, 5 7.0 g·kg-1·d-1) respectively, and potassium iodide group was given potassium iodide 0.06 g·kg-1. D-1 for 10 days. One hour after the last administration, the mice were intraperitoneally injected with 1 2 5 I 0. 314uci according to 10 g body weight and then placed in a metabolic cage to collect 24 hours of urine for urinary I 2 I I excretion test. Subsequently, the animals were sacrificed at 2, 6, 24, 48h, respectively, and the entire thyroid gland was removed. The rate of thyroid uptake was measured by radioimmunoassay and the effect of the drug was observed. Results : The algae Xiaoyu granules could reduce the rate of thyroid uptake and the peak rate of smoking 1 2 5 I was postponed. Conclusion : Seaweed Xiaopi granules have a certain role in inhibiting thyroid function and provide a certain basis for clinical application and development of new drugs.
