财务管理是企业管理的核心,市场经济条件下企业改革的每一个步骤都与财务管理有关。改革的方方面面都涉及到企业的财会人员,财会人员在改革中的任务是十分艰巨的。财务管理是一个动态的概念,不同时期、不同性质的单位财务管理的内容和重点都是不同的。要提高财务管理水平,必须从实际出发,全方位、多渠道地进行。笔者结合工作实践,谈了几点提高财务管理水平的措施。
Financial management is the core of enterprise management. Every step of the enterprise reform in a market economy is related to financial management. All aspects of the reform are related to the corporate finance and accounting staff, financial and accounting personnel in the task of reform is very arduous. Financial management is a dynamic concept, different periods, different nature of the unit of financial management, content and focus are different. To improve the financial management level, we must proceed from the reality, all-round and multi-channel. The author combines work practices, talked about how to improve financial management measures.
