在HAc-NaAc介质中,以邻菲罗啉为活化剂,铜对抗坏血酸还原乙基橙具有强烈的催化作用,由此建立了测定痕量铜的催化动力学新方法,测定的线性范围为5~30ng/mL,方法检出限为1.0ng/mL,直接用于人发中铜的测定,结果满意.
In the HAc-NaAc medium, using o-phenanthroline as activator, copper catalyzed the reduction of ethyl orange by ascorbic acid. A new catalytic kinetic method was established for the determination of trace copper. The linear range was 5 ~ 30ng / mL, the detection limit was 1.0ng / mL, which was directly used for the determination of copper in human hair with satisfactory results.
