在炼油生产过程中,一般要把原油加热到一定程度,再经各种不同的工艺加工过程得到所要求的产品。炼厂使用的加热设备,主要是加热炉,其容量大,消耗的燃料多,如250万吨/年原油蒸馏装置加热炉容量为2万大卡/时,炼厂加热炉能耗约占全厂总能耗的35~40%。加热炉能耗大的主要原因之一是仪表检测手段不完善,人工操作,技术水平较低。因此,很有必要改造现有加热炉的检测与控制系统,提高热效率,节约燃料。
