目的探讨对乳腺病变患者分别实施乳腺摄影、普通超声以及超声+弹性成像技术完成疾病诊断后获得的临床效果。方法选择我院2014年09月至2016年10月收治的乳腺病变患者150例作为本次实验对象;所有乳腺病变患者通过抽签分组;A1组:临床实施乳腺摄影检查;A2组:临床实施普通超声检查;A3组:临床实施超声+弹性成像技术检查;最终对疾病诊断结果加以观察。结果在诊断敏感性、诊断准确率以及诊断特异性方面,A3组优于A1组以及A2组乳腺病变患者尤为明显(P<0.05)。结论对于乳腺病变患者,对基本表现加以了解后,合理选择超声+弹性成像技术联合的方法进行疾病诊断,同单独实施乳腺摄影以及实施普通超声检查发现,可以将诊断敏感性以及准确率等显著提高,从而为乳腺病变治疗方案的研究提供准确依据。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of mammography, sonography and sonography in the diagnosis of breast lesions. Methods A total of 150 patients with breast lesions who were treated in our hospital from September 2014 to October 2016 were enrolled in this study. All patients with breast lesions were grouped by lottery. Group A1: clinical mammography; Group A2: general ultrasound Inspection; Group A3: clinical implementation of ultrasound + elastography examination; the final diagnosis of disease to be observed. Results In diagnosis sensitivity, diagnostic accuracy and diagnostic specificity, the A3 group was superior to the A1 group and A2 group breast disease patients (P <0.05). Conclusions For patients with breast lesions, the basic performance is understood, the reasonable choice of ultrasound + elastography combined with the method of disease diagnosis, with the implementation of mammography alone and the implementation of ordinary ultrasound examination, the diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy can be significantly improved , So as to provide an accurate basis for the study of treatment of breast lesions.
