目的研究风险管理在急诊护理质量管理中的运用可行性。方法根据随机数字表法将2018年11月—2019年10月本院接收的急诊患者83例分为两组,对照组40例实施传统管理模式,观察组43例实施风险管理。将两组的焦虑评分、依从性护理风险事件发生情况、护理质量评分、护理满意度进行比对。结果观察组患者干预后的焦虑评分低于对照组,依从性高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的急救不完善率不良事件、护理投诉等护理风险事件发生率均低于对照组,护理质量评分、护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(
