领导科学作为一门学科的建立是历史演进和社会实践要求的必然,而哲学、政治学等诸多人文社会及自然学科的交互作用和相互影响为其提供了理论基础和方法论的指导。本文在综合国内外领导科学研究内容和量化研究方法的基础上,指出了当前领导科学无论在其研究内容还是研究方法上存在的种种问题;阐述了不同学科在领导科学中的作用和地位,从学科构成的角度探析领导科学的内容框架,为领导科学的量化研究方法提出了一个可行性的改进方案。
The establishment of leadership science as a discipline is the inevitable requirement of historical evolution and social practice. The interaction and interaction between many humanities, social sciences and other natural sciences, such as philosophy and political science, provide the theoretical basis and methodology guidance. Based on the domestic and international leading scientific research content and quantitative research methods, this paper points out the problems in the current leading science in terms of its research content and research methods; expounds the role and status of different disciplines in leading science; From the perspective of the composition of disciplines, it explores the content framework of leading science and proposes a feasible improvement plan for leading the quantitative research of science.
