长春宝丸由人参、黄芪、当归等24味药组成,为中老年人保健药品。实验研究证明能对抗小鼠肾阳虚和肾阴虚模型的形式;增强老年小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬功能;提高小鼠耐缺氧能力;延长小鼠的持续游泳时间;加强小鼠记忆力;有镇静作用;能降低正常和急性高血压狗的血压;增加离体兔心冠脉流量,延长家兔凝血时间。急性、亚急性毒性试验表明本品安全无毒。
