通过研究不同土壤水分条件下茶树水势、合成机能和代谢机能的动态变化,结果表明,在土壤干旱或渍水条件下,茶树体内的水势下降,叶片生育受阻,新梢电导率增大,新梢中多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性减弱,茶树的光合作用及合成代谢活动降低,干物质产量下降,从而导致茶叶产量和品质下降。干旱对茶叶的产量影响较大,湿害对茶叶品质的危害更为明显。
By studying the dynamic changes of water potential, synthetic and metabolic functions under different soil moisture conditions, the results showed that under the conditions of soil drought or waterlogging, the water potential of tea plants decreased, the growth of the leaves was blocked, the conductivity of shoots increased, The activity of polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase weakened, the photosynthesis and anabolic activities of tea decreased, and the dry matter yield decreased, which led to the decline of tea yield and quality. Drought has great influence on the yield of tea, and the harm of wet damage to tea quality is more obvious.
