我们采用经典恒温加速试验法,对常用中成药首乌片的稳定性进行了实验研究。实验以总蒽醌为指标,在室温25℃条件下进行的;数据经统计学处理及作图法求算。结果表现: 1.首乌片中总蒽醌的含量因温度升高而呈下降趋势,可能与某些蒽醌化合物具有升华性质有关, 2.不同批号首乌片原样中总蒽醌的含量有一定差异,其变化过程中受温度影响的程度也不同。这可能与原料、辅料及工艺过程等多种影响因素有
We used the classic constant temperature accelerated test method to study the stability of commonly used traditional Chinese medicine Shouwu tablets. The experiment was performed with the total enthalpy as an index at room temperature at 25°C; the data was calculated by statistical analysis and graphing. Results: 1. The content of total saponins in Shouwu Tablets decreases with increasing temperature, which may be related to the sublimation properties of certain guanidine compounds. 2. The content of total saponins in different batches of Shouwu Tablets is as follows: There are certain differences, and the degree of influence of temperature during the change is also different. This may be due to various factors such as raw materials, excipients, and processes.
