目的探讨低离子聚凝胺在输血检验技术中的应用。方法选取2013年1月~2015年10月间我院收治的受血者以及供血者400例作为研究对象,随机进行分组,各200例。对照组给予盐水配血法检测,实验组给予低离子聚凝胺检测,对比两组试验不同ABO血型供/受体间的交叉配血阳性率以及临床效果。结果不同ABO血型显示:当为A型血时实验组阳性率(94.55%)高于对照组(76.36%),B型时实验组阳性率(97.78%)高于对照组(82.22%),AB型时实验组阳性率(96.00%)高于对照组(84.00%),O型时实验组阳性率(94.00%)高于对照组(80.00%);实验组总阳性191例(95.5%),对照组总阳性166例(83.00%),两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);进行交叉配血试验时,实验组灵敏度、准确度以及稳定性均明显高于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在输血检验技术中,采用低离子聚凝胺检测效果更为显著,其具有耗时短、阳性检出率高、灵敏度高等优势,值得在临床推广。
Objective To investigate the application of low ion polybrene in blood transfusion testing. Methods From January 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital admitted to the recipients of blood donors and 400 cases as the research object, were randomly divided into groups of 200 cases. The control group was given saline with blood test. The experimental group was given low-ion polybrene test, and the positive rate of cross matching between different ABO blood donor / recipients and the clinical effect were compared. Results The results of different ABO blood group showed that the positive rate (94.55%) in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (76.36%) when the blood was type A, the positive rate in the experimental group was 97.78% (82.22%) compared with the control group (96.00%) was higher than that of the control group (84.00%). The positive rate of the experimental group (94.00%) was higher than that of the control group (80.00% There were 166 positive cases (83.00%) in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The sensitivity, accuracy and stability of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In the blood transfusion test technique, the detection effect of low ion polybrene is more significant, which has the advantages of short time-consuming, high positive detection rate and high sensitivity, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
