根据200MW高温气冷堆蒸汽发生器的结构参数建立了实验研究模型,并针对相邻两层旋向相同的螺旋管管束,在横向流的冲刷下,对管子的动态响应进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,螺旋管管束的流体诱发振动响应与直管相比存在一定的差别;200MW高温气冷堆蒸汽发生器的设计避免了管束的大振幅振动。
According to the structural parameters of 200MW high temperature gas-cooled reactor steam generator, an experimental research model was established. The dynamic response of the pipe was studied under the scouring of transverse flow for two adjacent spiral pipe bundles. The experimental results show that there is a certain difference between the fluid induced vibration response and the straight tube of the helical tube bundle. The design of the 200 MW HTR steam generator avoids the large amplitude vibration of the tube bundle.
