目的 探讨牛磺酸对运动大鼠心肌线粒体ATP酶及钙、镁离子的影响。方法 以力竭运动大鼠为模型 ,测定了心肌线粒体Ca2 + ATP酶、Mg2 + ATP酶的活性以及Ca2 + 、Mg2 + 含量。结果 大鼠力竭运动后 ,心肌线粒体Ca2 + ATP酶和Mg2 + ATP酶的活性显著下降 ,Ca2 + 含量显著增加 ,Mg2 + 含量显著降低 ;而补充牛磺酸组大鼠力竭运动后未见心肌线粒体Ca2 + ATP酶和Mg2 + ATP酶的活性以及Ca2 + 、Mg2 + 含量的显著变化。结论 牛磺酸能有效地拮抗力竭运动后大鼠心肌线粒体Ca2 + ATP酶、Mg2 + ATP酶活性的降低以及Ca2 + 、Mg2 + 含量的显著变化 ,具有保护心肌线粒体的作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of taurine on mitochondrial ATPase and calcium and magnesium in myocardium of exercise-induced rats. Methods The rat model of exhaustive exercise was used to measure the activity of mitochondrial Ca2 + ATPase and Mg2 + ATPase and the contents of Ca2 + and Mg2 +. Results After exhaustive exercise, the activity of mitochondrial Ca2 + -ATPase and Mg2 + -ATPase decreased significantly, the content of Ca2 + increased significantly and the content of Mg2 + decreased significantly. Myocardial mitochondrial Ca2 + ATPase and Mg2 + ATPase activity and Ca2 +, Mg2 + significant changes. Conclusion Taurine can effectively prevent myocardial mitochondrial Ca2 + ATPase, Mg2 + ATPase activity decrease and Ca2 +, Mg2 + content changes after exhaustive exercise, and has the effect of protecting myocardial mitochondria.
