作者认为原发性血小板功能异常是偏头痛的病理生理学基础,并对偏头痛患者血小板中的生物化学物质如5-羟色胺和前列腺素进行了广泛的研究.牛磺酸含有β-氨基酸,唯一地集中在血小板中.本文研究的目的在于观察偏头痛患者发作时及发作后血小板中牛磺酸的浓度是否有改变.
