非洲大陆中部的水力资源非常丰富,开发潜力十分巨大。介绍了非洲中部国家在水电开发活动中所取得的巨大成就以及所面临的问题;强调大型水电项目在社会经济发展中所发挥的重要作用,以及在推动非洲水电事业发展中发挥的示范效应;提出当前的主要任务是非洲各国需要团结协作,共同搞好区域电网、跨国电网的互联建设。最后,对部分国家的水电开发状况作了概述。
The water resources in the central African continent are very rich and have great potential for development.
