本文根据“第二期中国妇女社会地位调查”(江苏片)统计数据,对江苏省男女两性在职业流动方面的差异进行分析,发现社会开放程度的增加和社会流动使两性的职业地位都得到了提升,但同时又使得两性的职业层次差异呈现出了扩大的趋势;进一步对影响职业流动的内生变量进行斯皮尔曼相关系数分析的结果显示社会转型期,人力资本和成就意识是影响职业流动的两个非常突出的因素。
Based on the statistical data of “Survey on the Social Position of Chinese Women in the Second Period” (Jiangsu Section), this paper analyzes the differences in occupational mobility between men and women in Jiangsu Province and finds that the increase of social openness and social mobility have given both men and women occupational status However, at the same time, the occupational differences between men and women showed a trend of expansion. Further analysis of Spearman’s correlation coefficients of endogenous variables that affect occupational mobility showed that the social transformation period, the human capital and the sense of accomplishment are the influencing factors of occupational mobility Two very prominent factors.
