目的了解合溪水库流域血吸虫病中间宿主钉螺分布和消长规律,为制订控制和消灭钉螺措施提供科学依据。方法采用5米系统抽样结合环境抽查2框的方法,调查合溪水库流域2000—2013年螺情变化情况,分析螺情变化原因。结果 2000—2006年有螺面积呈逐年上升,2006年以后上升趋势得到有效遏制。2003年以前有螺面积主要集中于沟渠,2004年以后开始分布于苗木地,并呈逐年上升,2010年以后苗木地有螺面积占90%以上。结论合溪水库项目建设及相关控制措施有效遏制了螺情回升,大面积种植苗木是合溪水库流域的钉螺难以消灭的主要原因。
Objective To understand the distribution and growth of snail snail in the intermediate host of schistosomiasis in the cohesion reservoir of Hexi Reservoir, and to provide a scientific basis for the development of measures to control and eliminate snails. Methods Five-meter systematic sampling combined with environmental sampling 2 boxes was used to investigate the changes of snails in the Hexi Reservoir watershed from 2000 to 2013 and analyze the causes of the snails. Results In 2000-2006, the area of snails increased year by year, and the upward trend was effectively checked after 2006. Before 2003, the area of conch was mainly concentrated in ditches. After 2004, it began to distribute in nursery stock and showed a year-by-year increase. After 2010, there are more than 90% of conch shells. Conclusion The construction of the Hexi reservoir project and related control measures effectively prevent the snail from picking up. The large-area planted seedlings are the main causes of the snail being difficult to eliminate in the Hexi Reservoir watershed.
