随着社会经济的飞速发展,人们对汽车的需求量持续提升。汽车制造企业采购管理属于企业供应链管理的关键构成,在减少生产成本方面具备非常关键的作用。本文简要分析了汽车制造企业采购管理中存在的问题,并提出了应对策略,力求降低采购成本,最终提升企业的经济效益。
With the rapid social and economic development, people’s demand for automobiles continues to increase. Procurement management of automobile manufacturing enterprises is the key component of enterprise supply chain management, which plays a crucial role in reducing the production cost. This article briefly analyzes the existing problems in the procurement management of automobile manufacturing enterprises and puts forward countermeasures to reduce procurement costs and eventually enhance the economic benefits of enterprises.
