一、架线式电机车产生杂散电流的机理我国煤矿井下大巷绝大部份采用架线式电机车运输,它的供电方式如图1所示: 当电机车在大巷中行驶时,机车由架线接收电流,利用轨道作为回流载体。如轨道与大地间完全绝缘,这样,电机车由架线上接收多少电流,在轨道的全程上也应流有相同电流。但井下敷设的轨道实际上与大地并不完全绝缘,轨道通过枕木路基等与大地相接触,轨道与大地间就形成了一定的接触电阻,这个阻值很小,因此构成了杂散电流的通道。另外轨道本身有一定的电阻,电流流过轨道时,就在其上产生一定的压降,即轨道的各个不同点上存在着电位差,又因轨道敷设在大地上,所以沿轨道的大地也随之产生了电位差,这样就造成了有不均衡电流流过大地。可以设想把轨道看作无限多个电流源,每一个电流源都是一端接
