心理学家经过实验认为,不同的色彩会给人带来不同的感觉。在日常生活中,色彩对于人们消费行为也有着重要影响。无论是买一件衣服、购一套家具,还是吃一顿饭,都离不开对色彩的选择。日本东京一家咖啡店的老板,曾一度经营惨淡,研究心理学的朋友告诉他,在生产和经营中也应注重“调色”的作用。老板在一次宴请中,请30多位朋友品尝咖啡。他把相同的咖啡分别倒在咖啡色、红色、青色、黄色四种颜色的杯中,请大家提意见。结果,大家一致反映,青色杯子中的咖啡太淡,红色和咖啡色杯子中咖啡太浓,黄色杯子中的咖啡浓淡正合适,特别是对红色杯中的咖啡,十个人中有九人觉得味道过浓。于是,老板将店中的咖啡杯子部分改为红色,同时适当减少咖啡用量。这样一来,不但节省了一笔相当可观的开支,顾客还觉得这里的咖啡最地道,纷纷前来品尝。店里的生意越来越兴旺,老板的钱包自然也就鼓胀起来了。
