[目的/意义]化解军队院校联合参考咨询工作中学科专家的激励调动难题,实现深度的军事学科服务。[方法/过程]选用波特-劳勒激励模型为分析框架,从模型变量出发,抽象凝练出八大学科专家激励构成因素,后以此为遵循,经具象衍生,提出相应的具体激励机制。[结果 /结论]从目标驱动、协同培训、奖酬优化、综合考评4个方面梳理总结各项专家激励机制,供后续理论研究和工作实践参考。
[Purpose / Significance] Resolve the motivation and transfer problems of academic experts in the joint reference work of military academies and universities to achieve in-depth military discipline services. [Method / Process] The Porter-Lawler motivation model is chosen as the analysis framework. Based on the model variables, the components of the motivation of the eight subject specialists are abstracted and abstracted. After that, the specific incentive mechanism is proposed based on the concrete derivative. [Results / Conclusions] Summarize various experts’ incentive mechanism from four aspects: goal-driven, coordinated training, reward optimization and comprehensive evaluation for reference and follow-up theoretical research and work practice.
