随着麻风病发病率的大幅度下降和受市场经济改革的影响，各地皮防机构也相应地进行了调整和改革，因此，了解基层麻防人员的变动情况及对于今后更好的开展麻防工作具有重要的意义。本文调查了山东省三地市的县级度防机构中麻防人员的历年变动情况，分析结果表明：进入80年代以来，随着麻风发病率的大幅度下降．麻防人员占皮防机构职工总数的比例呈明显的下降趋势，麻防人员的整体素质虽偏低，但有上升的趋势，应加强在职人员的继续教育工作。
With the drastic decline in the incidence of leprosy and the impact of market economic reforms, the local defense agencies have also adjusted and reformed correspondingly. Therefore, understanding the changes in grassroots defense personnel and developing better defense against the future Work is of great significance. This paper investigates the historical changes of the anti-macro defense personnel in county-level defense agencies in the three cities of Shandong Province. The analysis results show that since the 1980s, the incidence of leprosy has dropped significantly. The proportion of hemp defense personnel in the total number of employees of the skin defense agencies showed a declining trend. Although the overall quality of the hemp defense personnel was low, there was a rising trend and the continuous education work of serving staff should be strengthened.
