我们用10例I(A-B)期前列腺癌的盆腔CT片,做放射治疗计划分析,制定出5野、6野多角度照射及前后60°、90°夹角旋转照射方案。其中以6野和90°旋转照射的直肠、膀胱、盆壁剂量分布最为理想,6野时上述部位受量均为55%,90°旋转野分布分别为25%,10%及70%,股骨颈受量<10%,6野照射的股骨颈受量略高,但低于耐受量。此两方案可认为是早期前列腺癌根治性放疗的较好方案。
We used 10 cases of I (A-B) prostate cancer pelvic CT films to do radiation treatment plan analysis, to develop a 5-field, 6-field multi-angle irradiation and before and after 60 °, 90 ° angle rotation irradiation program. The dose distribution of the rectum, bladder, and pelvic wall with 6-field and 90-degree rotation was the best. At 6-field, the dose was 55% for the above-mentioned sites, and the 90-degree rotation field distribution was 25%, 10%, and 70%, respectively. The amount of neck received was less than 10%. The amount of femoral neck received by 6 fields was slightly higher, but it was lower than the tolerable amount. These two options can be considered as a better solution for radical radiotherapy for early prostate cancer.
