第三章伺服阀与液压放大器伺服阀是液压伺服系统的核心元件。它由转换器和液压放大器组成。它能将输入功率很小的电气(或气动、机械)信号加以转换并放大,输出一个与输入成比例的液压信号(流量或压力),用于控制执行机构。根据输入信号及转换器型式分电液伺服阀、气液伺服阀和机液伺服阀。其中电液伺服阀最为普遍。电液脉冲马达是另一种液压伺服元件,它由步进电机和液压扭矩放大器组成,广泛应用于开环数控机床的驱动系统。它们的特点是功率放大系数大、灵敏度高、快速性好、体积小、正是这些显著优点使电液伺服系统获得了广泛的应用。
