秘书,作为直接协助各级领导机关和领导者开展工作的人员,介于领导和群众之间,有着举足轻重的地位和作用。笔者认为,在改革的新时期一名合格的秘书应扮演好以下十一种角色。 1.“改革家”角色当今之世,改革成了各项工作的主旋律,秘书工作也必须适应改革的新形势。秘书要敢于抛弃旧思想,破除旧观念,大胆开拓新思路,树立新观念,卓有成效地探索新时期秘书工作的新路子。那些在思想方法和工作方法上因循守旧、抱残守缺的秘书人员,充其量只能守摊子,不能胜任当今的秘书工作。 2.“参谋”角色

In my opinion, a qualified secretary should play the following eleven roles in the new period of reform. 1. The Role of the “Reformer” In the present world, reform has become the main theme of all work. Secretary work must also be adapted to the new situation of reform. Secretary should dare to abandon the old ideas, get rid of the old ideas, boldly explore new ideas, establish new concepts, and effectively explore the new path of secretary work in the new era. Secretaries who are conservative and unscrupulous in ideological methods and working methods, at best, can only stand by and can not be competent in today’s secretarial work. 2. “Staff” role
