随着我国信息化建设脚步发展的不断加快,医院信息化建设也得到了人们的高度重视,国家相关部门也采取了相应的措施,一系列关于医院信息化建设的政策陆续出台,足可见国家对此项工作的重视程度。为了能够将医院信息化建设工程顺利实现,加强项目管理策略是不容忽视的。本文通过对医院信息化建设引入项目管理政策的重要性进行分析,并在此基础上研究行之有效的项目管理策略。
