本文讨论了玻璃纤维/聚酯拉挤杆的一系列力学性能:面内剪切、弯曲、拉伸及压缩等性能.介绍的几种试验方法和试件形状及尺寸是根据ASTM委员会制定的关于拉挤杆的试验标准以及有关的国际标准确定的. 这里,通过缺口试件的压缩荷载,可以确定圓柱形拉挤杆的面内剪切强度,它是评价聚酯、乙烯基酯和环氧树脂复合材料中增强材料与树脂粘结强度的重要技术指标;拉伸强度常用于材料的鉴定质量控制等方面,采用适宜的夹持系统可以提供足够的夹持力,以适应拉挤杆这种纵向强度较高的各向异性材科;对拉挤杆的半圆形试件采用三点弯曲试验,可测得材料的弯曲性能,从而提供该材料最佳的弯曲强度;准确地测定拉挤杆的压缩性能比较困难,还有待于研究解决.
