潜水器管道泄漏产生的声发射信号是连续型信号,不同于突发型信号,连续型信号难以定位。为了解决上述问题,文章对管道泄漏声发射信号进行了详细研究,提出了基于弹性波衰减特性的RMS定位理论,从理论上导出了该方法的定位计算公式。针对潜水器管道泄漏现象进行了实验验证,结果表明该方法不仅可以实时定位而且具有较高的定位精度,为声发射技术应用于潜水器管道泄漏源检测提供了理论依据和技术支持。
The acoustic emission signal generated by submersible pipeline leakage is a continuous signal. Unlike the burst signal, the continuous signal is difficult to locate. In order to solve the above problems, the acoustic emission signals of pipeline leakage are studied in detail. An RMS positioning theory based on the attenuation characteristics of elastic waves is proposed, and the positioning calculation formula of the method is derived theoretically. Experimental results show that this method not only real-time positioning but also has high positioning accuracy, which provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the application of acoustic emission technology to the detection of pipeline leak sources in submersibles.
