目的了解云南省华宁县居民户食用盐碘含量及碘盐普及情况,为制定碘缺乏病综合防制措施和确保实现消除碘缺乏病目标提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法,对华宁县2011—2012年居民户碘盐监测资料进行分析。结果共监测居民户食用盐600份,碘盐覆盖率为98.50%,碘盐合格率为62.44%,合格碘盐食用率为61.50%,非碘盐率为1.50%。结论华宁县碘盐覆盖率已达国家标准,碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率未达到国家标准,应该加强碘缺乏病危害宣传和监管力度,完善碘盐生产、监管、检测体系,实现消除碘缺乏病目标。
Objective To understand the iodine content and iodized salt content of food consumed by households in Huaying County, Yunnan Province, so as to provide a basis for formulating comprehensive prevention and control measures for iodine deficiency disorders and ensuring the goal of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the monitoring data of iodized salt of households in Huaning County from 2011 to 2012. Results A total of 600 food salt samples were collected. The coverage rate of iodized salt was 98.50%. The pass rate of iodized salt was 62.44%. The qualified iodized salt content was 61.50% and the non-iodized salt was 1.50%. Conclusion The coverage of iodized salt in Huaying County has reached the national standard. The qualified rate of iodized salt and the qualified rate of qualified iodized salt have not reached the national standard. The promotion and supervision of iodine deficiency disorders should be intensified, and the production, monitoring and testing system of iodized salt should be improved to eliminate Iodine deficiency disease target.
