我公司安装处是锅炉压力容器制造安装单位。为了保证锅炉压力容器的焊接质量,我们学习了双点击穿焊法。经过几年的实验,摸索出一套完整的工艺方法,现以16MnR板的焊接为例总结如下。一、工艺参数材质 16MnR 焊件形状及规格板状,12×300×250mm 坡口形式 V型60 ±5 坡口加工方法机械加工光洁度焊条型号及直径 J506.φ3.2~4mm 焊条烘干温度 380~400C×1h 焊接极性直流反接空载电压 75V~80V 工作电压 25V~32V 焊接电流一层90A,其余130~160A 焊接方法双点击穿焊法焊接层数 4层层温控制 80~100℃施焊现场温度零上10℃左右焊后保温方法自然缓冷焊前要求焊件按规定要求严格清理。二、操作方法把已经清理好的焊件(板状)平放在操作台角铁架上,焊件未端用φ4mm焊条头垫起。使焊件保持在4~6的坡度,这样使熔池既能得到渣的保护,又能减少焊缝夹渣产生的
