由于稀土元素具有改善铝、镁合金工艺性能、物理性能及机械性能等优点,故近年来在铝、镁合金中使用的稀土元素种类及数量都逐年增多。然而,由于使用时的工艺方法不当,常常得不到预期效果。本文着重介绍了向铝、镁合金中添加稀土元素饰、钇、钕等及其中间合金的工艺方法,以及这些添加剂在各种情况下的实收率数值。同时还指明了添加钇及其中间合金时使用熔剂的注意事项。
As rare earth elements have the advantages of improving the process performance, physical properties and mechanical properties of aluminum and magnesium alloys, the types and amounts of rare earth elements used in aluminum and magnesium alloys have been increasing year by year. However, due to improper use of the process, often do not get the desired results. This article highlights the process of adding rare earth elements, yttrium, neodymium, and their master alloys to aluminum and magnesium alloys, and the numerical values for their recovery under various conditions. Also note the use of flux when adding yttrium and its alloys.
