以五个玉米自交系(S_(so 1065)、黄早_4、M_(O17)、A_(663)、B_(77)为亲本,构成一组没有反交的双列杂交。目的是研究几种经济性状的遗传,并测定和比较配合力。试验结果说明:叶面积、生育期、果穗长和穗行数的遗传符合加性-显性模型;株高、千粒重和穗粒数决定于一个加性-显性-上位性的遗传体系。配合力效应值估算和比较的结果说明:同一性状不同亲本的G.C.A效应值不同;各性状的G.C.A效应最高值出现于不同亲本;黄早4×A_(668)杂交F_1的几个性状S.C.A效应值都较高;从各亲本的G.C.A效应值及其S.C.A的方差上分析,A_(663)是一个值得注意的亲本。
A total of 5 maize inbred lines (S 1065, Huangzao 4, M 017, A 663 and B 77 were used as parents to construct a set of double crosses with no backcross. The aim was to study The results showed that the heredity of leaf area, growth period, ear length and ear number accorded with additive-dominance model. The plant height, 1000-grain weight and grain number per spike were determined by An additive-dominance-epistatic genetic system.The results of GCA estimation and comparison showed that the GCA effects of different parents of the same trait were different, and the highest GCA effect of all traits appeared in different parents. The SCA effect values of A 668 hybrid F1 were higher than those of other hybrids. A 663 was a noteworthy parent from GCA analysis of each parent and its variance of SCA.
