钢网构架混凝土复合结构体系(CTSRC)是一种新型结构体系,它由工厂预制的钢构骨架和现场浇筑其中的混凝土构成墙体和楼板,从而形成整体结构。为研究钢网构架混凝土复合结构楼板的受力性能并确定设计计算方法,进行了6块单向楼板的静载试验破坏;基于试验结果提出一种等效钢筋混凝土梁的计算方法和一种截面条带计算方法,进行了分析比较;建议采用基于截面条带法的承载力计算方法,并编写了计算程序。最后,对实际结构中此新型楼板体系进行堆载试验,获得实际结构中楼板的受力性能。试验结果表明:建议的设计计算方法可行,且此楼板具有较高的承载力安全储备。
Steel Skeleton Concrete Composite System (CTSRC) is a new structural system that consists of a steel frame prefabricated by the factory and concrete poured from the factory to form walls and slabs to form a monolithic structure. In order to study the mechanical properties of steel-framed concrete composite structural slabs and to determine the design and calculation method, six unidirectional slabs are destroyed by static load test. Based on the experimental results, an equivalent method of calculating reinforced concrete beams and a cross- Band calculation method, the analysis and comparison; recommended based on cross-section strip method of bearing capacity calculation method, and the preparation of the calculation program. Finally, the actual structure of the new floor system for stacking test, to obtain the actual structure of the floor of the force performance. The test results show that: the proposed design calculation method is feasible, and this floor has a high capacity of the safety reserve.
