利用太赫兹时域光谱技术对含糖农产品中所含的两种常见二糖纯品:海藻糖和纤维二糖在0.4-1.8THz范围内的吸收系数光谱进行了检测研究,实验表明海藻糖和纤维二糖在此波段内均有明显的特征吸收峰;采用密度泛函理论的B3LPY方法对两种二糖分子的结构和振动频率进行了模拟,并采用Gaussian View软件对部分THz特征吸收峰进行了分析指认。实验结果与理论计算结果吻合较好,分析表明海藻糖和纤维二糖在THz波段的吸收峰主要是由分子内振动和分子间振动共同引起的。研究成果为农产品含糖物质的鉴别与农产品质量保障提供了新的检测技术。
The absorption coefficient spectra of two common disaccharides contained in sugar-containing agricultural products: trehalose and cellobiose in the range of 0.4-1.8THz were studied by using terahertz time-domain spectroscopy. The experimental results showed that trehalose and Cellobiose has obvious characteristic absorption peaks in this band. The structure and vibrational frequencies of two disaccharide molecules were simulated by using B3LYPY method of density functional theory, and some THz characteristic absorption peaks were obtained by using Gaussian View software Analysis and identification. The experimental results agree well with the theoretical results. The results show that the absorption peaks of trehalose and cellobiose in the THz band are mainly caused by intramolecular vibration and intermolecular vibration. The research results provide a new detection technology for the identification of agricultural products sugars and the quality assurance of agricultural products.
