年过花甲的老年人,呼吸肌和肺脏组织的弹性降低,肺活量下降,会明显影响到肺的换气功能。科学研究表明,肺活量大的人大多寿命会比肺活量小的人更长些。为此,保持较大的肺活量,增强肺的呼吸功能,也可以成为抗衰老的一个有效手段。我经常采用以下五种锻炼方法,来增加我的肺活量。
