1.转速为何不稳因调速弹簧张缩频繁,使飞锤支架、调速器弹簧座与调速弹簧接触面自然磨损,改变了飞锤离心力与调速弹簧弹力的平衡系数,引起转速不稳定。只须将调速弹簧座凸起端车削0.5~1毫米,转速即可恢复正常。 2.气门为何被烧蚀因进、排气门一样大,安装时难以辨别,误将进气门当作捧气门用,结果烧蚀气门。注意分辩气门杆上的记号,一般有“P”的是捧气门,有“J”的是进气门;也有的生产厂只在排气门杆上做一记号,以示区别。 3.气门为何不能全开因气门导管总长为48毫米,若装入缸盖深度不够(25毫米左右),致使气门降不到最低位置而不能全开。
