制备胃癌的单克隆抗体不仅对胃癌的诊断、特别是早期诊断具有重要意义,而且可用来制备胃癌的导向冶疗药物,以实现抗癌药物对胃癌细胞的选择性杀灭作用。 一,本综合研究先后用胃癌细胞株、不同患者胃癌转移淋巴结以及原发性胃癌组织分离之癌细胞等免疫小鼠,经45次细胞融合,共获得10株分别抗不同组织学类型胃癌的单克隆抗体(MG系列)。并用胃癌旁淋巴结分离之淋巴细胞与人骨髓瘤细胞融合,研制出2株抗胃癌的人源性单克隆抗体(HG系列)。
The preparation of monoclonal antibodies for gastric cancer is not only of great significance for the diagnosis of gastric cancer, especially for early diagnosis, but also for the preparation of gastric cancer-directed therapeutic drugs to achieve the selective killing effect of anticancer drugs on gastric cancer cells. 1.
