介绍了用微机和可编程序控制器(PLC)组成两级分布式冲天炉自动加料控制系统的设计及实现方法。该系统以PLC作为与工业现场关联的前沿单元工作站,用微机监视整个系统的运行状态,对收集到的现场数据进行分析和管理,高可靠性地实现了对冲天炉加料系统的自动控制。
This paper introduces the design and implementation of the automatic feeding control system of two-stage distributed cupola with microcomputer and programmable logic controller (PLC). The system uses PLC as the front-line unit workstation associated with the industrial field. It monitors the operation status of the entire system with a microcomputer, analyzes and manages the collected field data, and realizes the automatic control of the feeding system of the cupola with high reliability.
