室内对钻井液磁化条件试验研究表明,最佳磁化参数为:磁化器磁场强度2500kA/m,磁化时间1~2h,温度高低对磁化作用影响不大。对川东地区深探钻井的常用钻井液体磁化试验表明,磁化后钻井液塑性粘度降低10%~30%,终切力降低12%~30%,抑制泥页岩膨胀能力及分散能力分别提高15%和7%。
Laboratory tests on the magnetization conditions of drilling fluid show that the optimum magnetization parameters are: magnetizer magnetic field strength of 2500kA / m, magnetization time of 1 ~ 2h, the temperature has little effect on magnetization.
