目的:探讨B超定位下经皮肾镜气压弹道联合超声波碎石清石术治疗复杂肾结石及输尿管上段结石的临床治疗结果及远期疗效。方法:选取2005年7月～2008年11月在我科采用B超定位下经皮肾镜气压弹道联合超声波碎石清石术的940例结石患者其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:患者双肾结石210例,单侧肾结石730例,其中并发患侧输尿管结石124例;一期碎石成功1060例次,需二期碎石156例次。结论:用B超定位经皮肾镜弹道联合超声碎石清石术治疗肾脏复杂结石及输尿管上段结石具有较高疗效,可被视为治疗该种疾病的“金标准”。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical outcomes and long-term results of percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with ultrasonography lithotripsy in the treatment of complex renal calculi and upper ureteral calculi. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 940 calculus patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with ultrasonic lithotripsy in our department from July 2005 to November 2008. Results: There were 210 cases of bilateral renal calculi and 730 cases of unilateral renal calculus, of which 124 cases were complicated with ipsilateral ureteral calculi. A total of 1060 cases of gravel were successfully performed in 156 cases. Conclusion: B-positioning percutaneous nephroscope combined with ultrasonic lithotripsy lithotripsy for the treatment of complex stones and upper ureteral calculi has a high curative effect and may be regarded as the “gold standard” for the treatment of this disease.
