军用航空器,集当今高科技成果于一身。因其设计先进、结构复杂,要求使用者具有良好的心理素质、高超的驾驶技术和灵活的应变能力。即使如此,因操纵失误、气象条件、机械故障、指挥不当等原因,军机的事故时有发生,造成了人员伤亡及巨大的经济损失。本文根据外刊有关资料,将1996年国外军机发生的各种重大事故收集整理,综述如下,供读者参考
Military aircraft, set in today’s high-tech achievements in one. Because of its advanced design, complex structure, requiring users with good psychological quality, superb driving skills and flexible adaptability. Even so, due to manipulation errors, meteorological conditions, mechanical failure, improper command and other reasons, military accidents occurred from time to time, resulting in casualties and enormous economic losses.
