本文介绍了10吨模锻锤模锻生产线进行机械化改造的概况,包括加热炉的换型,进出料机械手的结构,输送辊道的形式以及锤和压床上的选出料装置等。实践证明,经过机械化改造后,生产率成倍提高,劳动条件也大大地得到改善。
This paper introduces the general situation of mechanized transformation of 10t die forging hammer die forging production line, including the change of heating furnace, the structure of the in and out robot, the form of conveying roller and the material selection device on the hammer and press. Practice has proved that after mechanized reform, productivity has doubled and working conditions have also been greatly improved.
