尽管明星企业家或CEO能够在关键时刻力挽狂澜,最终还是要让位“接班人”或因“高处不胜寒”而退出历史舞台。相比之下,一个高效的、优势互补的高管团队更有利于企业的基业长青。在商业世界,曾经的家族式企业依赖“教父式”人物包打天下的时代已经渐行渐远,而建设高管团队,以集团决策代替个人决策,已经成为全球企业界的共识。不过,团队建设,尤其是高管团队建设并非易事。
Although celebrity entrepreneurs or CEOs can turn the tide at a crucial time, they eventually have to withdraw from the stage of history in order to give way to “successors” or to be “overwhelmed by their height”. In contrast, an efficient, complementary executive team is more conducive to business continuity. In the business world, the era in which the former family-owned enterprises relied on the “godfather” character pack to get rid of the world has become increasingly distant. It has become the consensus of the global business community to build a top management team and to replace individual decisions with group decisions. However, team building, especially senior management team building is not easy.
