采用夹点技术对管式法LDPE装置的换热网络进行了分析。分析结果表明系统具有5.25%的节能潜力;二段预热和高压循环气体伴热是系统中用能不合理处;并提出充分利用反应热来预热和伴热需要加热的物流作为相应的节能改造方案。
The pinch point technique was used to analyze the heat exchange network of tubular LDPE plant. The results show that the system has a potential of 5.25% energy saving. The second-stage preheating and high-pressure recycle gas heating is an unreasonable use of the system, and the full use of the reaction heat to preheat and heat the need to heat the logistics as the corresponding energy-saving Transformation program.
